Mechanical and intelligent insertion of up to 6 inserts is possible on DL, C5 and C4 formats as well as pocket versions of C5 and C4 and even non-standard sizes (e.g. 210mm x 210mm). Our CMC 250 is able to mix and match using a co-ordinated camera and PC operation, which links in directly to the machine. Our smaller insertion equipment allows us to be extremely accommodating when it comes to low volume mailings of DL and C5 envelopes. Working in conjunction with another inkjet we can address the front of any envelope before the inserts go in.
